We do not offer cash/credit card refunds. If you cancel your order before it has been processed there will be a 15% charge for early cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact us at info@fabulousbellydance.com to see if you qualify for an in-house exchange.
Custom-made costumes cannot be returned unless it was not made to the measurements you specified in our custom measurement form. Please use extreme care to ensure you are giving us the correct measurements for your costume(s).
